Viewing your bank accounts
On desktop (dashboard)
Go to Settings
Select Profile settings
Open Account settings
Select Bank accounts
Your current payout bank account is marked with a green “Payout account” badge.
On mobile
Open the Zavo app
Tap Account in the bottom navigation
Select Bank accounts
Adding a new bank account
On desktop or mobile
Go to Bank accounts
Tap Edit bank accounts
Select Add new bank account
Enter:
Account holder name
Account number
Sort code
Tap Add account
The new bank account will be added to your account.
Changing your payout account
You can have multiple bank accounts saved, but only one payout account can be active at a time.
Steps
Go to Bank accounts
Tap Edit bank accounts
Select the bank account you want to use for payouts
Tap Set as payout account
The selected account will now be used for all future payouts from your Zavo terminals.
Deleting a bank account
Delete a non-payout account
Go to Bank accounts
Select the bank account
Tap Delete bank account
Delete your current payout account
To delete your payout account:
First set a different bank account as the payout account
Then delete the previous account
You cannot delete a bank account while it is set as the payout account.
Bank account verification
After adding a bank account, additional verification may be required.
Verification status
Accounts needing verification are marked with a red “Verify” badge
How to verify your bank account
Select the bank account marked Verify
Tap Verify your account information
Complete verification using one of the following methods:
Open Banking (recommended – instant verification)
Bank statement upload (can take up to 48 hours)
Verification helps confirm the bank account belongs to you and keeps your account secure.
