Instant payouts have an additional 1% fee.
Example:
Instant payout amount: £100
Fee (1%): £1
Net amount sent to your bank: £99
The fee covers banking and processing costs.
How to make an instant payout
On desktop (dashboard)
Go to dashboard.zavopay.com
Log in to your account
Select Payouts from the left navigation menu
Click the Instant payout button
Enter the amount you want to withdraw
Your available to withdraw balance is shown on screen
Click Payout
Funds are sent to your bank account within approximately 20 seconds.
On mobile
Open the Zavo mobile app
Tap Payouts in the bottom navigation bar
Tap the Instant payout button
Enter the amount you want to withdraw
Tap Payout
Funds are sent to your bank account within approximately 30 seconds.
Instant payout availability
Instant payouts are enabled once your account has built up a sufficient processing history with Zavo.
If you do not see the Instant payout option in your dashboard or mobile app, this means instant payouts have not yet been enabled on your account. This is normal for new accounts.
Instant payouts will be enabled automatically once your account becomes eligible.
