Payout not showing in my bank account

In some cases, payouts may be temporarily paused while Zavo completes a compliance review to meet local regulatory requirements.
What to do
Check your email and Zavo dashboard for notifications
You may be asked to provide additional documents
Once the requested documents are submitted, our compliance team will review your account and re-enable payouts if everything is in order

Zavo Support cannot assist with compliance reviews.

No compliance review, but payout not received
If there is no compliance notification and you have not received your payout:
Check the payout schedule
Regular payouts are processed Monday to Friday
Weekend transactions (Friday–Sunday) are paid on Monday
If today is a weekend, your payout will arrive on the next business day.
Bank processing delays
If it is a business day and the payout still has not arrived:
Your bank may be taking longer to process the incoming transfer
Contact your bank and let them know you are waiting for a payout
If your bank requests proof of transfer:
Contact Zavo Support
Our team can provide a transfer confirmation letter with a reference number your bank can use to trace the payout
Payout marked as sent
If a payout is marked as Sent in your Zavo dashboard or mobile app:
The payout has been successfully sent by Zavo
Any remaining delay is with your bank’s processing time
Wrong settlement amount
Issue:
The payout amount received does not match what you see in your Zavo dashboard.
What to do:
Contact Zavo Support so our team can investigate.
Differences can be caused by:
Chargebacks
Refunds
Fees or adjustments applied before settlement
Our support team will explain exactly how the payout amount was calculated.
I don’t see the Instant payout option
Issue:
The Instant payout button does not appear in your dashboard or mobile app.
Why this happens:
Instant payouts are not available immediately for all accounts. They are enabled once your account has built up a safe processing history with Zavo.
What to expect:
If Instant payouts are not visible, they have not yet been enabled on your account
This is normal for new accounts
Instant payouts are enabled automatically once your account becomes eligible
What happens next:
Once enabled:
The Instant payout button will appear on the Payouts page
You will be able to withdraw funds 24/7 using Instant payouts
