Bank account verification taking too long or unsuccessful
Why this happens
The bank account name must exactly match the legal name on your Zavo account.
For example:
If your business name is Zavo Ltd, the bank statement must also show Zavo Ltd
We are unable to accept:
Third-party bank accounts
Personal bank accounts that do not match the business name
What to do
Make sure the bank account is registered under the same legal business name
Upload a valid bank statement or verify using Open Banking
Re-submit the information if prompted
ID verification not successful
Why this happens
If you are a non-resident of the country where your business is registered, we may not be able to open your account.
Some accounts may require additional checks, and in certain cases, we are unable to proceed.
What to expect
Additional verification may be requested
Some applications may not be eligible for approval
Company verification failed
Why this happens
