I can’t see payment links
Issue:
The Payment links option does not appear in your dashboard or mobile app.
Why this happens:
Payment links are not enabled immediately for all accounts. They are enabled once your account has built up a safe processing history with Zavo.
What to expect:
Payment links are disabled by default
If you do not see the feature, it has not yet been enabled on your account
Payment links are enabled automatically once your account becomes eligible
My customer did not receive the payment link
If the link was sent by email
Confirm the email address was entered correctly
Ask the customer to check their spam or junk folder
Try sending the payment link again
Alternative option
If the email still does not arrive:
Copy the payment link
Send it to the customer manually (SMS, WhatsApp, or another messaging app)
Email delivery still failing
If payment link emails continue to fail:
Contact Zavo Support
Our team can check why the email was not delivered and help resolve the issue
