Regular payouts
Payout schedule
Regular payouts are processed every business day (Monday to Friday) at midnight.
Monday–Thursday payouts are paid the same night
Friday payouts are sent on Monday
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday transactions are batched together and paid as one single payout on Monday
Fees
There are no additional fees for regular payouts
Regular payouts are included in your transaction rate
No separate payout or settlement fee is charged
Viewing your payouts
On desktop (dashboard)
Go to dashboard.zavopay.com
Log in to your account
Select Payouts from the left navigation menu
On the payouts page, you can:
View payouts grouped by month
See each daily payout
See the total paid per month
See the amount paid per day
View the time each payout was sent
On mobile
Open the Zavo mobile app
Go to My account > Payouts
On mobile, you can:
View monthly payout totals
See daily payout breakdowns
See the total payout for each day
View the time each payout was sent
