Generating statements

This guide explains how to generate transaction statements from the Zavo dashboard or mobile app and how to enable daily statements.

Generate a statement

You can generate statements from both the dashboard and the mobile app.

Where to find statements

  • Dashboard: Select Transactions from the left navigation menu

  • Mobile app: Tap Transactions in the bottom navigation bar


Steps

  1. Open Transactions

  2. Click or tap the blue Statements button

  3. In the popup:

    • Select the location

      • By default, all locations are selected

      • Statements will include a breakdown per location

    • Select a date range:

      • Today

      • This week

      • This month

      • Custom range

  4. Review the preview showing:

    • Transaction volume

    • Transaction count

  5. Select Generate statement

You can then:

  • Download the statement, or

  • Email the statement to your account


What the statement includes

Generated statements show:

  • All transactions for the selected period

  • Transaction volume and count

  • Fees charged

  • Net settlement amounts

  • Location-level breakdowns (if applicable)


Automatic daily statements (optional)

Zavo can configure daily transaction statements for you or your finance team.

What daily statements include

Each daily statement includes:

  • Every transaction from the day

  • Fees charged per transaction

  • Daily transaction totals

  • Overall fee summary

  • Location-based breakdowns (if applicable)

For businesses with multiple locations, the statement shows how much each location processed.


Enabling automatic daily statements

  1. Go to dashboard.zavopay.com

  2. Select Settings

  3. Open Auto-statements

  4. Enter one or more email addresses

    • You can add your finance team, accountant, or other recipients

  5. Save your changes


When statements are sent

  • Statements are sent every night at 1:00 AM

  • Each email includes a report covering the previous day’s activity


Enabling daily statements

To enable daily statements:

  • Contact Zavo Support, or

  • Speak with your Account Manager
