🔓 How to Get MOTO Enabled
MOTO can be activated once you have:
3+ months of safe payment processing history with Zavo
orA 24-month payment processing statement from your previous provider
Once we review this, we’ll enable MOTO on your account.
📞 Taking a MOTO Payment (Card Not Present)
Once MOTO is enabled on your Zavo account, you can take payments by manually entering your customer’s card details.
🧾 How to Process a MOTO Payment
MOTO enabled for the first time: Restart your terminal
Hold down the power button to restart the device after MOTO is activated.Go to:
Transactions > New TransactionEnter your Transactions passcode
Then select ContinueSelect:
Manual Key EntryEnter the payment amount and confirm
Input the customer’s card details on screen
Press Charge to complete the transaction
