With Zavo Payment Links, you can send itemised, invoice-style payment pages to your customers and get paid online β no terminal or coding required.
π¦ Enabling Payment Links
Payment Links are disabled by default for new accounts.
They are automatically enabled once you have demonstrated safe payment processing history with Zavo.
This typically occurs after 1β3 weeks of normal card processing activity.
Once enabled, the Payment Links icon will appear on your Zavo home screen.
If you believe your account is ready but Payment Links are still not visible, contact Zavo Support and weβll review your account.
π Getting Started
To create a Payment Link:
Open the Zavo mobile app
Tap the Payment Links icon
Tap Create New Payment Link
Add your product or service, price, and quantity
Need more items? Tap Add Product/Service
Select applicable taxes
Enter the customerβs name, email, and a short description
Tap Generate Payment Link

After creating a link, youβll be able to view:
Itemised breakdown: products, tax, totals
Status: Paid / Unpaid
Sharing options:
Copy link and send manually
Share via WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS, etc.
Email directly to your customer
