Terminal internet connection issues
Issue:
The terminal is slow, disconnecting, or unable to process payments.
Resolution:
Restart the terminal

Select Restart
After restarting, check your connection:
Ensure the terminal is connected to Wi-Fi

While Zavo Pro includes built-in 4G roaming, Wi-Fi provides the most reliable connection.
For best performance, we recommend using Wi-Fi alongside 4G.
