Receipts, totals & Z report

This guide explains how to reprint receipts, view totals and Z reports, configure receipt printing, and customise receipt details.

Receipts

Reprint a receipt

  1. Select Transactions > History

  2. Choose a transaction

  3. Select Receipts

  4. Choose Shopper or Merchant

  5. Tap Print


Receipt printing settings

You can choose which receipts are printed automatically after each transaction.

Configure receipt printing (mobile app or dashboard)

  1. Open the Zavo mobile app or go to dashboard.zavopay.com

  2. Select Terminals

    • On mobile: from the Home screen

    • On desktop: from the left navigation menu

  3. Select the terminal you want to manage

  4. Open Receipt settings

  5. Toggle which receipts you want to print automatically:

    • Merchant receipt

    • Shopper (customer) receipt

  6. Tap Save

  7. Restart the terminal to apply changes


Customising receipt information

To customise receipts with your:

  • Business name

  • Phone number

  • Logo

Contact Zavo Support or your Account Manager. Our team will configure receipt details for you.


Totals & Z report

What totals include

The totals report includes:

  • Sales

  • Refunds

  • Tips

  • Cancellations

Totals are tracked since the last reset and are commonly used for daily or shift reporting.


Get the totals report

  1. Select Transactions > Totals

  2. Enter the Transactions passcode

  3. Choose to:

    • View totals

    • Print the report

    • Reset totals to start a new period

    • View the previous period report


Automatic daily reset

To enable automatic daily totals reset at a specific time each day, contact Zavo Support.
