Returning a terminal
If you wish to return a Zavo terminal, you must first contact Zavo Support.
Our support team will:
Confirm your eligibility for a return
Provide the return address
Share any return instructions you need to follow
Return condition requirements
To be eligible for a refund, the terminal must be returned in pristine condition, including:
The terminal device
Original box
All accessories (cables, plugs, paper rolls, etc.)
Any included documentation
If the terminal is not returned in pristine condition, we will be unable to issue a refund.
Shipping responsibility
Return shipping and postal fees are not covered by Zavo
You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment
Once the terminal has been shipped, you must provide:
Proof of shipment, such as
A shipping label, or
A delivery or shipping confirmation to our warehouse
Refund processing
Once the returned terminal is received and inspected, a refund will be issued
Refunds are sent to the original card used to purchase the terminal
Refund processing can take up to 7 business days after we receive the terminal
