Ordering your Zavo terminal

Zavo terminals are ordered for you by a Zavo sales agent or an approved partner. This guide explains how ordering, delivery, and activation work.

How terminal orders work

  • A member of the Zavo sales team or partnership team places the order on your behalf

  • You do not need to order the terminal yourself

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.


Order confirmation and tracking

After your terminal is ordered:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email

  • A follow-up email will be sent with your tracking number

  • You may receive delivery notifications as the shipment approaches your address

  • The delivery date will be shared in advance


Delivery details

Zavo terminals are shipped using:

  • DPD

  • Royal Mail

  • DHL

Delivery usually takes within 24 hours, depending on location and carrier.

Ordering additional terminals

Overview

You can order additional Zavo terminals directly from the Zavo dashboard or mobile app.


Order additional terminals from the dashboard

  1. Go to dashboard.zavopay.com

  2. Log in to your account

  3. Select Terminals from the navigation menu

  4. Click Shop terminals

  5. You will be redirected to the Zavo Shop page

  6. Choose the terminal you want to order and complete the purchase


Order additional terminals from the mobile app

  1. Open the Zavo mobile app

  2. Tap Terminals

  3. Select Shop terminals

  4. You will be redirected to the Zavo Shop page

  5. Choose the terminal you want to order and complete the purchase
