Access tipping settings
Log in to dashboard.zavopay.com
Select Terminals from the left navigation menu
Choose the terminal you want to manage
Under Configuration, click Tipping settings
Enable tipping
In the tipping settings popup, toggle Enable tipping
Choose how tips are collected
Tip options
Custom amount
Customers can enter any tip amount
A numpad appears on the terminal after payment
Suitable for flexible tipping
Fixed tip amounts
You can offer predefined tip options:
Fixed amounts (for example: £5, £10, £20), or
Percentages (for example: 5%, 10%, 20%)
These options appear on the terminal after payment.
Save and apply changes
Click Save tip settings
Restart the terminal
Once restarted, tipping will be active with your selected configuration.
