Find your terminal serial number
You can find the serial number:
On the back of the terminal
Or on the terminal under Settings > Configuration
Register using the mobile app
Open the Zavo app
Log in or create an account
Go to Account > Terminals
Select Assign new terminal
Enter the serial number
Restart the terminal
Register using the desktop dashboard
Go to dashboard.zavopay.com
Log in or create an account
Select Terminals from the side menu
Click Register terminal
Enter the serial number
Restart the terminal
Once restarted, the terminal is ready to accept payments.
Terminal PIN codes
After registration, PIN codes are available in:
Account > Terminals > Select terminal > Terminal PIN codes
To reset a PIN, contact Zavo Support or your Account Manager.
