Billing for terminals

This guide explains how terminal billing works, including upfront purchases, monthly rental plans, and where to view your invoices and current charges.

Buying a terminal upfront

If you purchase a terminal upfront from the Zavo Shop:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email

  • A VAT invoice will be sent to your email address

  • The invoice shows the total amount paid and VAT breakdown


Terminal rental plans (monthly billing)

If you are on a terminal rental plan:

Before payment

  • You will receive an email notifying you that your payment is due soon

After payment

  • The rental fee is automatically deducted from your Zavo balance

  • A VAT invoice is sent to your email

  • The invoice includes:

    • Amount charged

    • VAT amount

    • Billing period

The invoice is attached to the email for your records.


Viewing your billing and invoices

On web dashboard

  1. Go to dashboard.zavopay.com

  2. Log in to your account

  3. Select Settings

  4. Open Billing

In the billing section, you can:

  • View your current terminal plan

  • See your monthly terminal charges

  • View all past payments

  • Download individual VAT invoices

You will only be able to view the billing settings if you are currently on a terminal plan.
