What to Do If Tap to Pay Isn’t Working

If you’re experiencing issues with Tap to Pay, don’t worry—it’s usually a quick fix. Follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem:


1. Force Close and Restart the Zavo App

  • Close the Zavo app completely (ensure it’s not running in the background).

  • Reopen the app and try using Tap to Pay again.


2. Check for Updates

  • Ensure you’re using the latest version of the Zavo app. Check your app store for any available updates and install them if needed.


3. Reinstall the Zavo App

If restarting the app doesn’t resolve the issue:

  1. Deinstall the app from your phone.

  2. Go to your app store, search for Zavo, and reinstall the app.

  3. Log back into your account and retry Tap to Pay.


4. Check Device Compatibility

Ensure that your phone meets the requirements for Tap to Pay:

  • iPhone: iPhone XS or newer with iOS 16.4 or later.

  • Android: Device running Android 11 or higher.
