How do I create a Zavo account?
With Zavo, you can start taking payments in minutes using just your mobile phone. There are no contracts and no monthly fees.
Download the Zavo app from your app store:
Once downloaded, open the app and select Register at the bottom. Enter your details, accept the terms & conditions and privacy policy, and tap Continue.
After confirming your email, complete the onboarding process to verify your identity and set up your account. Tap the blue Complete setup banner on the app homepage and follow the steps in the app.
How do I sign in to my existing account?
Open the Zavo app and select Already have an account?
Enter the email address you used to create your account and tap Continue.
Email not showing?
Check your junk or spam folder, and ensure you entered the email address linked to your Zavo account.
How do I start using Zavo to take payments?
Before you can start taking payments, you’ll need to verify your identity and add your bank account. This can be done via the app:
Tap the blue Complete setup banner on the app homepage.
Follow the steps, which will include submitting photo ID (e.g., passport or driving licence) and a live selfie using your smartphone.
Once your account is set up, you can:
Accept payments via Tap to Pay.
Order hardware such as a Card Reader or Business Terminal.
Where can I use Zavo?
Zavo is currently available in the following countries:
UK, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Austria and France
A bank account in the country of registration is required.
In-person payments can only be accepted in the country where your account is registered.
