Guide to Setting Up Your Zavo Pro POS Machine

Setting up your Zavo Pro POS machine is quick and easy. Follow this step-by-step guide to get your device ready to take payments:


1. Order Your Zavo Pro POS Machine

Before you begin, make sure you’ve ordered your Zavo Pro POS machine from our website. Once your order is confirmed, your device will be shipped to you.


2. Register Your Device in the Zavo App

  1. Open the Zavo app on your mobile device.

  2. From the home screen, tap on My Devices.

  3. Select Register S700 to begin the setup process.


3. Connect the Zavo Pro Reader to WiFi

  1. Power on your Zavo Pro POS machine.

  2. Follow the prompts on the device to connect it to a WiFi network. Ensure you connect to a stable and secure WiFi for uninterrupted functionality.


4. Select Your Language

On the POS machine, choose your preferred language from the options provided.


5. Enter the Registration Code

  1. On the Zavo Pro POS machine, a registration code will be displayed.

  2. Enter this code into the Zavo app where prompted during the registration process.


6. Automatic Update

Once registered, the Zavo Pro POS machine will automatically update its software to ensure it is running the latest version. Allow the update to complete without interruption.


7. Ready to Accept Payments

Once the update is complete, your Zavo Pro POS machine is ready to take payments.
