When will I receive my payout?

At ZavoPay, we offer one simple plan: the Express Plan. Initial payouts take 7 days to reach your bank account. However, as you build up a processing history with us, this time will reduce to just 3 days for faster access to your funds.


Payout not showing in your bank account?

If your payout shows as "Sent successfully" in the app, it should settle with your bank soon. While most payouts are processed on time, banks may occasionally add delays to settle funds. We recommend waiting until the end of the day for your payout to settle. If it hasn’t arrived by then, please contact our Support Team for assistance.


How do I get a Instant payout to my bank?

Need a instant payout? It’s quick and easy:

  1. Go to your payout screen on the app.

  2. Select Withdraw money now, enter the amount, and choose your payout schedule:

    • Instant Payouts – Available after building processing history, for quicker access to your funds. These payouts will reach your bank account instantly.


How do I pause payouts to my bank?

Currently, the Zavo Express Plan does not offer an option to pause payouts. Funds will automatically be sent to your registered bank account once processed.


Is there a minimum payout?

The minimum payout is £1. Payouts are net of fees, so your ZavoPay balance must exceed £1 before funds are transferred.


Is there a maximum payout?

There is no maximum payout for payouts.


Why has my payout failed?

If a payout shows as Failed in the Activity tab of the app:

  1. Confirm your bank details are correct under Bank accounts on the Profile tab.

  2. Add a new bank account if needed.
