π Terminal Deliveries
Once your Zavo terminal order is placed:
You'll automatically receive your tracking number by email
Most orders are shipped via UPS or Royal Mail
Delivery takes 2β3 business days (max)
No setup required β your terminal arrives pre-configured and ready to accept payments. Make sure your Zavo account is registered and approved.
You can sign up and complete onboarding at: dashboard.zavopay.com/auth
π Terminal Exchanges
If your terminal is faulty, weβll replace it β no need to wait for repairs.
How it works:
Contact support to request an exchange
Choose a convenient pickup time
Our courier partner will deliver your replacement and collect the old device at the same time
π Next-day exchanges are available if requested before 3 PM.
Requests after 3 PM will be processed the following business day.
π¬ Missed Deliveries
If you missed a delivery:
Check your tracking email
Use the link provided to reschedule directly with the courier
Zavo support cannot reschedule deliveries on your behalf.
β³ Late Deliveries
Terminals usually arrive within 3 business days. If your delivery is delayed:
First, check the tracking link in your email
If the tracking is not updating, contact Zavo Support, your account manager, or your sales rep for help
