🔍 Common Fixes
Try the following if Tap to Pay isn't working as expected:
✅ Check your connection
Make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data — Tap to Pay requires internet access.
🔄 Restart the Zavo app
On iPhone or Android, swipe up to fully close the app, then reopen it.
📲 Reinstall the Zavo app
Delete the app and download it again from the App Store or Google Play Store.📲 Make sure you're not on a phone call
Tap to Pay doesn't work during phone calls or screen recordings.
