Open the Zavo mobile app
After completing registration, tap the Charge button in the bottom navigation
Enter the amount and tap Charge again
Tap to Pay will launch automatically — your device becomes the card reader
💡 No terminal required. Just your phone.
⚙️ Initial Setup
The first-time setup may take 1–2 minutes — this only happens once
After setup, Tap to Pay will launch instantly when you charge a customer
⚡ Warming Up
The first Tap to Pay transaction may take a few extra seconds
After that, payments are near-instant, so you can serve customers quickly
💳 How the Customer Pays
iPhone:
Ask the customer to tap their card or phone near the top edge of your iPhone
That’s where the NFC reader is, near the front-facing camera
Android:
The app will show guidance on screen
Customers should tap their card on the back, center area of your Android device (where the NFC chip is located)
✅ After the Payment
You’ll see a confirmation screen once the payment is approved
The transaction will instantly appear in your Transaction History and Balance
