Need to change the bank account where you receive payouts? You can manage and update your payout bank details directly from your Zavo account.
π How to Add or Update Your Bank Account
You can update your payout bank account from either the Zavo mobile app or the Zavo web dashboard:
Open the Zavo App or Dashboard
Go to Settings or Profile
Select Bank Accounts
Press Add New Bank Account
Enter your bank account information and confirm
You can store multiple bank accounts in your Zavo account.
To switch your payout destination:
Select the bank account you want to use
Press Set as Payout Account
Your payouts will now be sent to the selected account MondayβFriday at midnight.
π§Ύ Verification Requirements
To keep your account secure, Zavo may ask you to verify the new bank account.
This can be done in two ways:
Upload a recent bank statement showing the account name and number, or
Verify instantly via Open Banking (when available)
Important:
You can only add bank accounts in the same name as your Zavo business or personal account.
This is required for financial security and regulatory compliance.
π Why Verification Matters
Verifying bank details protects your payouts from being sent to the wrong account and ensures compliance with banking regulations.
In some cases, verification may trigger a short compliance review to confirm ownership and prevent fraudulent changes.
β± How Long Does It Take?
Once verified, your bank details will be updated.
Most updates are completed within 1β2 business days.
Your next scheduled payout will automatically be sent to the new account.
