To update your payout bank account, please contact:

  • Zavo Support, or

  • Your account manager

You’ll need to provide:

  • Your new bank account details

  • A recent bank statement showing the account name and number (for verification)

To protect your funds and ensure timely payouts, we require verification of new bank details.

Due to regulatory and compliance policies, all changes are handled directly by our team. In some cases, this may trigger a short compliance review to confirm your account remains secure and compliant.


⏱ How Long Does It Take?

Once verified, your bank details will be updated and your next payout will be sent to the new account. Most updates are completed within 1–2 business days.
